Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor—Shift Rotation
A Production Supervisor manages and oversees daily operations in a manufacturing or production
facility to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They are responsible for managing
the workflow, coordinating team members, and achieving production targets. The goal is to maximize
production up-time while maintaining product quality and staff safety.

Complying strictly with highly regulated standards Production supervisors run operations for their
assigned areas including managing materials, housekeeping and SOP. Supervision plan and manage
production activities in a way which drives operational efficiency and excellence.

Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have:
• Proven experience in a supervisory/production control role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and production tracking systems.
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree or suitable experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
(preferred).
• Certification in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (a plus).
